PDUK was founded in 1999 by Ata Badawi. After graduating from Kings College with a degree in Mechanical engineering he opened an estate agent off High Street Kensington. His passion for homes and renovation pushed him towards a change in career direction and over 30 years later Project Development continues to be a family run business, with three decades worth of combined expertise in this area.
We provide a full range of home improvement, refurbishment, and interior design services,
including turnkey solutions and aftercare, to meet every project unique requirement. Given
our close relationship with renowned estate agents throughout London, a new branch to
our business was introduced in 2015. We now pride ourselves on being the first call out for
management and maintenance for properties under their care.
Although Ata is no longer with us, we promise to continue what he started with the same passion, dedication and love, to honour his legacy as best as we can.

In 2009 PD UK welcomed Rima Ferzoli, with over thirty-five years of professional experience in interior design, completing high end residential properties. Making this not only a union of love but a union in business as well.
